With over three years of experience in New Jersey’s legal cannabis market, Reina has worked across retail, sales, and cultivation, gaining a deep understanding of the plant, its benefits, and the business behind it.

    Her journey in cannabis began as a budtender, where she developed a passion for helping customers navigate their cannabis experiences with confidence. Through hands-on interactions, she realized that many consumers—especially women and marginalized communities—lacked access to reliable, easy-to-understand information about cannabis. This sparked a deeper commitment to education and advocacy, leading her to obtain multiple cannabis certifications and expand her expertise.
